Burns the tiny spark of Goodness.
In no heart is total darkness
Journey into the heart of winter to discover the fullness of the heart, the light within and the intrinsic goodness of your being.
Make that discovery through yoga, silence, meditation, ritual and body-sadhana.
We wish to create a nurturing atmosphere and a flow, throughout the weekend, to help transport you into a state of inner peace and deep well-being. Turning off the noise of everyday mind and mouth chatter, and being in simple and comfortable surroundings, practicing with like minded people allows for a deep inner dive to the ground of silence. The full moon energy will aid in our release of tensions from the conscious and subconscious energetic system, and allow space for something sweeter to enter the Heart.
Winter wonderland nature around us will aid in our connecting within and to the world around us.
If you crave to connect with yourself and find more ease in yourself, come breathe in a nurturing space, and find the way “home”
You will be introduced to Mauna – silence, as a way of going within. Awareness practices and a notebook with contemplation exercises will be given to you upon arrival. Our aim is to find a deep sense of clarity from not talking, not spending our energy communicating with others, having clean food 2 daily instead of 3 – to digest life, and to digest our experiences and enjoying some time with your best friend – yourself!
