ABOUT STEFANA SERAFINA

Stefana Serafina, M.A., is a movement and embodiment educator and women’s empowerment facilitator based in the San Francisco Bay. She  began developing  Intuitive Body and Dance in 2009 as a platform for women’s embodied empowerment through the exploration of the female body’s native  states of sensual awareness, creative expression, and intuitive knowing. Since then, Stefana has been teachings and facilitating women’s embodiment experiences  in California,  Europe, Central America, and online. With body intelligence, intuitive movement, somatic journeying, and the embodiment of the feminine mysteries as her primary tools, Stefana’s work is devoted to the pursuit of the worldwide spiritual, emotional, and physical liberation of women and their genius. Stefana also hosts and produces The Embodied Way Podcast: Conversations About Coming Back to Our Senses in the Virtual Age.
